Born in Youngstown, Ohio and based in Houston, Buckeye Pauly isn’t your average artist. Possessing a unique skill set of elite rhymes and top notch vocal ability, he is poised to be the next transcendent artist to turn the industry on its ear. Already 1/2 of the sibling hip hop duo Green Dynasty with his brother Myke Groov (Mojobotz) with whom he released Granite & Rockview in 2015, Pauly’s first solo album was entitled Blade of Gabriel in 2005 under the name PG. Buckeye, whose real name is Paul Green, released his second solo album, Magnetic, in November of 2020 which includes the lead single “What It Is” as well as “Point You To The Sky”, “Naked”, and “Buster Douglas”. Eight months prior to that he joined the mobile app Voisey and became a top artist on the platform, leading to many opportunities including a narrator and spoken word artist slot on the movie Grimy (written and directed by Maurandis Berger and has over 350 million streams to date) and a spot on the VoiseyRoyalty Compilation album comprised of many top artists on the mobile app and contains his single, “You Said”. Since the app’s shutdown in September of 2022 he has released many singles such as “Receipts”, “So Blessed”,”Do It Again” featuring his wife Shantá Green, “Polos N Js”with RDJ and Barry Twice and was even featured on gospel legend B. Slade’s album The Prayer Drone on “Real With U2”. His latest single teams him up with fellow Voisey alumni Barry Twice, PoeTré, and PEJ and is called “Before I Let…”
