D. Mahooty (Domenic Mahooty) was born Sept. 3rd, 1995. Raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico for most his life, he always called Zuni, New Mexico his home. D. started rapping when he was 12 citing rappers such as Eazy-E, Dr. Dre, Eminem, Ice Cube, and Snoop Dogg also rock bands such as System of a Down, Korn, Rob Zombie, Pantera, and Disturbed as his early influences. Nowadays, D. continues to have an open mind citing metal and rock music as source of inspiration. D. Mahooty's music is not only about having a good time but also allows people into his mind where he cites many personal issues such as alcoholism, depression, and drug use. Mahooty's album "The Come Up" is his first full length project with 13 songs spanning a broad range of Hip Hop. From laid back boom bap to hard hitting trap beats, "The Come Up" has music for a variety of tastes.
