Maya Fleming, (better known by her stage name Nomie!), was born December 7, 1999 in Hemet, CA. Her early singing years were spent honing her abilities in the choir of her childhood church, eventually moving onto singing in school choirs and talent shows. The 21 year old R&B singer/songwriter beautifully blends vocals, vibes, and lyricism in all of her music, while supporting it with a foundation of passion and soul. Limitless in her creative drive and appreciation of music, she is developing a versatile catalog stretching from R&B/Neo-Soul, to Pop, Rock, Hip-Hop, Gospel and more. She strives to be in the company of a few of her artistic inspirations like Beyoncé, Jazmine Sullivan, Victoria Monét, Jhené Aiko, and Chloe x Halle. She is a part of the music/entertainment collective Respect The Real (RTR), featuring on various projects from associated acts Uraelb, Cb5, Dariush and most recently has her own debut project titled, "Seven".
