Coming from a musical family, Thijs Eggen started developing his musical skills from a very early age. Thrax’ uncle lent him a guitar at the age of ten, which he never let go of. Three years later, Thrax came in contact with the world of Electronic Dance Music. Influenced by artists like Dyro, Vluarr and Mesto, Thrax started spending endless hours in the studio to perfect his Bass House sound. 2020 marked his first major release ‘Push The Limit’ which gained over 40.000 streams worldwide on No Copyright Trap. In 2022 Thrax marked yet another milestone by signing with his first booking agency. By 2023, Thrax secured representation with two booking agencies, leading to nearly 30 national performances each year. His successful single "Devil And Saint" in the same year solidified his status as a prominent figure in the dance industry. With a highly anticipated live festival performance on the horizon, Thrax shows no signs of slowing down, positioning him as an artist to leave an indelible mark on the global music landscape.
