(The Netherlands) Rotterdam based music producer, Nelson Mota, known professionally as Motafied Beatz, has been a pioneer in the Afro house and Kizomba for the past several years. It’s no secret that his idol Timbaland was the main inspiration in creating his ‘Motafied sound’. By studying Timbo’s playfullness, sampling- and musical techniques he tapped into a dimension with endless possibilities that gave birth to his new his own authentic sound that influenced the music scene around the world. Followed by the success of his first worldwide hit ‘So Sabi’ (2010), his most famous kuduro ' Keep Up' (2009) and his incredible remixes ‘Thriller’, ‘Billie Jean’, ‘Over’, 'Mijn Alles', Motafied Beatz made a worldwide statement. After a 15 year career Motafied Beatz (2009-2024) changed his artist name into Motamorphasis. New music will be soon available under this new alias.
