Younghomiekay's musical style has been described as a fusion of alternative hip hop, trap, lo-fi and ambient. Jonkers was born in Cape Town, South Africa. Jonkers stage name "Younghomiekay" derived from always being the youngest in older company and being the "younghomie" , the "Kay"was just came from the first letter of Keegan.
