Born in Ames Iowa, and raised in Maryland, Malik Da Prince is building up a repetoire of hype flows, consistent releases, and a sound that relentlessly paints the picture he's been dreaming of. His 2022 release "Dreamers Remorse" juxtaposes the successes as well as the low points in his journey in creating. Immediately following in a historic run, he combined with MIA BEAZ, a longtime collaborator, responsible for songs such as the "D2 DA DMV" series and "Winners Circle" for "STILL OUTSIDE" bringing MDP to over a million streams total across all platforms. For Malik Da Prince, Effort and Consistency is the name of the game. Starting from rapping on soundcloud in 2018 while he was just in highschool, Malik Da Prince has released 8 projects in the last six years. In his most recent venture in 2024, "Dreamkid", MDP refines the sound he has been developing and presents a 15 Track body featuring the likes of 408 Darwin, Juzzi Lauren, MIRR2X, and of course bringing back recognizable faces from his prior works.
