Latvia's hard rock duo Fomins & Kleins (Ivo Fomins and Tomass Kleins) formed in 2002, but the two had played together in the underground band Sweet Faces during Soviet times. Signed to Latvia's largest record company, Microphone Records, the group released its debut, Muzikants, in 2003.
