Happiness is an alternative rock band from Helsinki, Finland. Happiness’ debut album “66ft melodies” was released in October 2007 by Warner Music. The first single “Accelerate”, released in May 2007, was a bit of a summer hit in Finnish radios that year. The single release featured a punkish version of Regina Spektor’s “Uh-merica” as a b-side. Following the album release, the band was seen live opening for big name acts like My Chemical Romance (in July 2007) and Marilyn Manson (in December 2007) as their European tours visited Helsinki. In 2010, the band completed their second album, titled “In Metro”, but the album has never been released.
