DeShawn Vala AKA "Shawn Tha Dawn" is on the rise to establish his name in the music industry. Growing up he was always surrounded by music. His father was in a singing group named "Unkut." The group was able to opened up for Destiny's Child; and his father was able to record and produce for Usher. As the knowledge was passed down the producer set out his plan to dominate the industry. The producer started his career in 2016. Being fortunate enough to have his own studio in his parents basement; He would let up and coming artist like Q Da Fool, Ayeek, Shug Da Trappa, Goonew, Borleone and ChazBandz record their masterpieces. He created a sound for himself that will leave an impact on DMV area forever. In the year 2017 Shawn decided to take his career to the next level. He had set a foundation in his studio, and he started putting a rigorous amount of time into his craft. The number one thing that kept him motivated was his parents. He knew that they've set a foundation in his household to always put your faith in God, and he would handle the rest . That summer he soon came out with a banging record called "Guns n Bells" featuring Q Da Fool and RyanOnnaBeat. The producer continues his showcase by releasing hard hitting tracks with major artist in the industry.
