Independent Hip Hop and R&B Soul songwriter from Laurel Hill, North Carolina 
 I comes from a very small town in Scotland County, North Carolina. I’ve always had a passion for music ever since I was introduced to a very well known radio station in North Carolina called “Foxy 99”. During 8th grade year of middle school I moved from North Carolina to Fort Riley, Kansas due to my dad joining into the military to finish the rest of his years till retirement. While in Kansas I became a fan of J.Cole, Kendrick Lamar, Asap Rocky, and many more that influenced my starting career. Early mornings and during lunch time I was known for freestyling to anyone who would listen and with me being well known around school that was pretty much everybody. 
 During 10th grade year in high school my dad got orders that he was moving to Killeen, Texas. It was a different feel coming from Kansas moving to Texas for me. Language, culture, and value were all so new to me and it took a while for me to adjust to these new surroundings. Because I knew very little people I spent a lot of time home working on my music. Slowly I gained friends from the area on Facebook that became drawn to my music whenever I posted it. Soon after I started doing features with some of the well known artist in the area that put me in a position to grabbed even more peoples attention. At this time my stage name was “Gold Bones” which later became “Bones” for short. Now a days I go by my real name...”Hinton”
