Lydbie (pronounced Lid-B), is a Sarawakian, singer songwriter from Sarikei. This Iban Kenyah artist grew up singing and joining competitions at her early 10 and hooked up to some music instruments (keyboard, guitar, flute....) by watching her older siblings and also learing from Youtube tutorials. She then started uploading covers on Youtube in 2015. She likes to explore and experiment new sounds and find her own identity in music. She only began writing her own songs in her early 20s. 'GO' was her first single released in 2020, translating a process of moving on from past relationship which telling the inner self to just let things go and try to find peace somewhere else. As one said, when things get bad, life must go on. Let it go. With her coming releases and shows later this year, Lydbie's rise shows no signs of stopping.
