I describe my music as “Neo-Hip-Hop Soul”. Much like my idols Etta James, Mary J. Blige, Ashanti & Beyoncé, I blend traditional soul with pop and Hip-Hop elements crafting a unique sound that brings people together. I love the stage; in fact I feel more at home on performing than anywhere else. I have been blessed with so many opportunities to perform at countless venues, concerts and festivals such as the HBO sponsored tribute to Aretha Franklin at Marcus Garvey Park in Harlem, I opened up for Bobby Shmurda at the 2023 SUNY Purchase Afrodisiac Homecoming festival. I opened for R&B Crooner August Alsina, performed alongside Reggae legend Richie Stephens, veteran Blues singer Slam Allen and the late great Hip-Hop legend DMX, (which was a great honor) Ultimately, I craft songs that reflect moods, humans are not one thing we are diverse and my art reflects that.
