Simon Peter is a British musician/producer based in London. Primarily a guitarist, his love of acoustic instrumentation comes through in his productions. While some of his pieces lean into the Balearic sound, others are more openly influenced by his love of late-70’s folk and rock music. Simon aims to make music which is easy to listen to whilst being musically interesting, and which reflects his scope of influences – modern jazz, folk and rock, Latin and Japanese music. Simon’s music has been released on Claremont 56, Aficionado, and Forest Jams labels, and is licenced to compilations including Balearic 2 and Balearic 4.
