Producer, songwriter and multi instrumentalist Alexandre Elias was born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. His work is a blend of Nu Bossa, Contemporary Jazz and Jazz Hop. He has studied Contemporary Music composition, jazz arrangement and jazz orchestration with maestros Moacir Santos and Ian Guest. His award-winning work in theater and dance as a soundtrack composer includes collabs with artists such as internationally recognized director and choreographer Deborah Colker (Cirque Du Soleil’s “Ovo”) and Brazilian Latin Grammy winner Nelson Motta.
