Sunkee Angel was born Alvin Butler on January 12th 1988. She was born in the capital of Alabama, Montgomery, where she spent the majority of her life. Sunkee Angel is now a transgender woman who previously went by the name "DigiDoo" (pronounced DIGGIE DO) and she built her name traveling all around the southern region doing shows while gaining thousands of views via youtube. Sunkee moved to Los Angeles where she began working along side Sony music producer Bruce Automatic Vanderveer creating hit singles that began to capture the attention of many people around the world who loves Sunkee for showing them that its possible to be different and succeed. She also has appeared on many television shows getting the visibility she needed in order to keep the attention of those who are following her journey. Sunkee Angel is the first black transgender recording artist to do what she does making her way into the mainstream music industry.
