Mister Davis is an Austin-based band led by frontman and rhythm guitarist Andrew Davis. Drawing on Andrew’s experience leaving home young, Mister Davis’ music is an introspective look at love, loss and the trials of becoming a self-made man. Their gritty, deeply honest original songs derive their sound from rock influences like The Strokes, Sturgill Simpson, and Jack White. Mister Davis is Andrew’s first solo project after beginning his career playing in bands at age 12. Now at 28, Mister Davis is his most personal venture yet. Andrew is supported by guitarist Gabe Posada, drummer Nate West, and bassist Ben Baron. Daniel Sahad of Nané produced the first Mister Davis album at The Bubble Recording Studio in Austin, Texas.
