Besides being the CEO of R-Rated Records and a member of the hip-hop crew Maguma MCs, rapper Ryuzo is also a solo artist. Born in Kyoto, Japan, Ryuzo began rapping in 1995 and formed the Maguma MCs that same year with his cohort N.O.B. Work with artists like Young Gunz and DJ Celory followed throughout the years along with releases from Maguma MCs, then in 2005 Ryuzo launched R-Rated Records with Reloaded, his first solo album. Document followed in 2007, while 2009 saw his song "The MC" featured in the film Ninja Assassin.
