His name has been connected with leading songwriters such as Thanos Mikroutsikos, Manos Loizos, Dimitris Lagios, Fontas Ladis, Mimis Plessas, Miltos Pashalidis, Thymios Papadopoulos, Manolis Androulidakis and recently Stefanos Korkolis and Nikos Moraitis. Dimitris may have started his career from taverns in Kokkinia and Korydallos, where he grew up, but with his persistence he found himself singing alongside Dimitris Mitropanos, Poly Panou, Eleni Vitali, Glykeria with whom he cooperated in concerts and music scenes for a long time. He introduced to us through his album "Chilia Grammata", in which the songs "Kalokairia Kai Cheimones" and "Etsi S' Agapisa" stood out. In 2017, his lifelong dream came true. The album "O Dimitris Kanellos Erminevei Fonta Ladi", produced by Heaven Music, is a masterpiece with eight beautiful songs written by Fontas Ladis, Manos Loizos and Dimitris Lagios.
