Considered one of the most interesting Italian musicians of his generation (according to Musica Jazz magazine), he has gained considerable experience in jazz ensembles, big bands and orchestras, collaborating and recording with renowned artists like Seamus Blake, Achille Succi, Giovanni Falzone, Giulio Visibelli, Alberto Mandarini, Marco Vaggi, Fausto Beccalossi, Emanuele Maniscalco, Stefano D'Anna, Giulio Corini, Guido Bombardieri, Massimiliano Milesi and others. As a leader he has released two albums for the Berlin label Aut Records: prèludes and Post Jazz Chamber Music both received with excellent reviews from critics. Other projects are: Nùes a co-led duo with sardinian singer and viola da gamba player Silvia Lovicario and Sneer an experimental funk-punk trio where he plays baritone guitar. He has been dedicating himself to film music for several years, composing and producing soundtracks for many independent short films (such as Lo Shampoo and I misteri di Portolongone) as well as various collaborations with theater authors.
