That's not self help is a jazz fusion / jazzcore project from Sikkim, India, led by Josiah Ranpal. The project is based on improvisation influenced by jazz, along with riff based structures taken from hardcore music. Some influences include Mahavishnu Orchestra, John Zorn, Lye By Mistake, The Dillinger Escape Plan, Mr Bungle and Weather Report.
