Oscillating between familiar and odd, experimental and pop, Ahva plays electronic indie that has qualities of modern psychedelia. Songs are rich in both melodic composition and textural exploration, and are accompanied by experimental rhythms and soundscapes. Ahva released their debut EP Padworks in April 2021. Now working on new music that will be released early 2022. The music sounds as if the raw materials were found from the wastelands of electronica: partly ugly and harsh sounds that form a beautiful and solid whole. In a live setting, they prove that electronic music can be organic and human.
