Forbidden Fruit is known for his all hardware, full improv live sets, creating everything from scratch on stage. Sounds ranging from Chicago Acid to Detroit Techno, Italo Disco to Boogie Funk using the original machines (SH-101, TR-707, JUNO-106 etc) from that period. He played lots of shows at some well known festivals and clubs in Belgium (Paradise City, Ampere, Contrair, Vaag, Iiimagine etc) which resulted in his popular videos on Instagram. Forbidden Fruit has been very active the past years with several alter egos: TITLE (Saturate Records, Bastard Jazz, etc ) Soft Focus (San-Kofa Rhythm Records) part of Up High Collective (Tangram) and Chrome Brulée (Synthesizer Collective) and producer/musician at DELV!S (Because Records) and Baloji (Bella Union, Island France) His music is being played by artists like Bonobo (Ninja Tune) Gilles Peterson (BBC) Lefto (BBE) The Gaslamp Killer (Brainfeeder) and many more.
