King Gotit is an underrated, phenomenal artist raised in Atlanta's Westside. In 2012 he was incarcerated for two years while fighting two life sentences. Upon his release, Gotit would eventually reveal he worked odd jobs wherever he could while being homeless which motivated the young guru to lock in the studio and submerged into the art of sound. “Music is a mixture of science and art. You can create an emotions for people. People deserve to be smile and I can make that happen.” he says. In late 2017, King Gotit locked in a situation that eventually led to his first single “Posse,” which featured fellow ATL rapper Lil Baby. This led to the follow-up record “Kodak Dat” ft. Gunna. The two tracks combined accumulated over 16.3 million views on YouTube and to capitalize off his newfound fame, he released the classic mixtape 4N (Foreign). Gotit would go on to collaborate with other notable hip-hop figures such as Latto, Roddy Ricch, Yella Beezy, DaBaby, T.I. and recently Future. His charismatic wordsmith’s skills have led him to opening up for Cardi B, 2 Chainz, Gucci Mane, Rich The Kid, Young Dolph, Blac Youngsta and Kodak Black. Always having an interest in fashion, Gotit has recently dropped an exclusive, upscale line called “OOO”. He sees himself as a purveyor of all things cool, cultured and creative— someone who not only entertains, but also educates. As he continues to evolve, the world will see that King Gotit’s brand of music is a true game changer.
