Edward Vazquez, aka DOP€, is a Milwaukee-based MC, producer, and founder of the artist collective Loud Familia. Born in Milwaukee, he developed an early interest in music and writing. He then moved to the diverse, multicultural city of New Orleans where he lived until 7th grade, when he moved back to Milwaukee, WI. It was in Milwaukee that he met up with a couple of his cousins who were already making music, one of whom had his own studio, DLC Bassment. They began teaching him the basics of music production and songwriting, and by the age of 13, he realized he had a talent for the written word, and began to rap. 
 DOP€ is a driven artist with serious goals. At just 24 years old, he has already been interviewed by Milwaukee radio station 91.7 WMSE and performing live on 88.9 RadioMilwaukee. He sees his music as a form of self-guided therapy, but also believes his art can be of help to others, by helping guide them through troubling times and also serving as an inspiration. Being an eclectic artist, it's difficult to fit DOP€ into a specific sub-genre of Hip Hop, but he would most accurately fit into the category of Ambient Trap/Hip-Hop. In time, he would like to be known as much, or more, for his production than his rapping.
