Born and raised in Kirkland, WA, Alex Musa always had an ear for music, but never quite had the patience for practicing an instrument. He quit the double bass after 10 years of classical music training, and started down different paths. Eventually, a co-worker proposed the idea of making a mixtape, and Alex offered to attempt making beats for that project. While that mixtape never came to fruition, he's been unable to stop making beats since, and is determined to become the biggest producer out of Seattle since Jake One.
