Elphie never doubted that the Wizard would degreenify her when they met. But it was always a dream too far out of reach. All hopes shattered Elphie ran off to the woods. There she met Hansel and Gretel, who had managed to escape from the gingerbread house. The three lost souls found comfort in each other. They have not separated ever since. Elphie now writes bedtime stories for Hansel and Gretel.
