São Paulo native Carlos Poppi a.k.a Dub Recycle has become one of the best Melodic Techno producers in Brazil, releasing songs on international record labels, Steyoyoke (ALE), DNC Limited (ITA), Us & Them Records (GRE), Qilla Records (INDIA) and Awen Records (ESP). In 2018 he released two of his biggest EPs “The Benign” and “Under your Skin feat Kieran Fowkes”. The first proposal was his first international tour in India (Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad). The second was selected by one of the biggest playlists of the Spotify genre “Electronic Rising” alongside Adriatique (AFTERLIFE) with the original version. In 2019 he went on his second consecutive tour of India in Hyderabad at “Block 22” and in Bangalore at Afterworx’s “Lucent” party. In 2020 he released the "EP Stairs to Heaven" with two tracks "33 and White Magic" received great support from the Mexican "Øostil" (AFTERLIFE) playing the song "33" in the opening of "Mathame" (AFTERLIFE) in the live show of broadcast by the “CERCLE” group. After the advent of the COVID-19 pandemic, he sheltered with his family in his hometown (FRANCA-SP), staying away from the stage. DUB RECYCLE was in a process of reflection for almost two years, both professional and personal, and with that, there was an absurd passion for AFRO-HOUSE, based on some events it was present in the south of the country, in December 2023. Since is already in full swing, finishing his FIRST EP of the strand that will be released soon.
