Artists like The Pet Shop Boys, The Prodigy, Pendulum, Röyksopp, Green Day and Bon Jovi have inspired Unzyme’s music. Lyrically the songs are encouraging, emotional, deep and thought-provoking. But Unzyme is not just about music, they’re equally as much a science fiction experience as they are a musical treat. Unzyme has an explosive stage presence - their self-designed light show dances to the synthetic heartbeat of their fierce performance, which is orchestrated by custom-made, extremely high-tech controllers and effects. For added safety, Unzyme personnel wears lab coats during their human trials, and sells protective gear to the innocent bystanders as well. Founded in Jyväskylä, Finland, Unzyme has worked on their special blend of contemporary electronic pop music since 2009. Unzyme has released four albums - BRAINFOREST (2010), OVERRIDE (2015), TRANSPLANT (2017) and FORENSICS (2021).
