Hailing from Florida, StoopidXool is a producer best identifiable by atmospheric melodies and a sixth sense for idiosyncratic sound. Having garnered collaborations alongside Gunna, Yung Bans, and Fredo Santana, among others, his work spans over a wide range of styles and sounds, most recently working with Queens artist Flee for the acclaimed project, Xool Summer. Rooting back to his position as a tenor drum in the high school band, Xool’s love for music quickly developed into endless hours of experimentation on a friend’s keyboard. Over time, he built a resume of placements with local Florida artists, and soon moved up toward some of the biggest names in hip-hop. As a result, Xool became a force in the underground, and eventually created Pluggz Movement alongside Beat Pluggz, A$att Beats, Mexikodro, Corey Lingo, and PoloBoyShawty. Now a few years removed and countless placements later, Xool looks forward to developing new artists, all while continuing to craft today’s popular sounds as he has in the past. “The goal is just to grow and elevate every day, while making the music I want to make.”
