Biography

Putting psychiatry residency on hold for three years to hone-in on his craft, Class Jackson is as bold as his music, which some have compared to The Weeknd, LANY, and Frank Ocean. Jackson is a unique artist whose music weaves thought-provoking lyrics with earworm melodies and tight production.
Class Jackson is moody and vibrant. Darkness in IMAX color. A pop painting with strokes of hip hop, R&B, and rock inked with a singer-songwriter paintbrush. A canvas of the ups and downs of looking for love, self-esteem, and everything in between through a 2AM bedroom and neon light soundscape. It’s the perfect prescription for anyone who relates to the struggle of finding yourself, overanalyzing relationships, a broken heart, or just wants to dance.
Jackson is influenced by an eclectic collection of musical styles including The 1975, John Mayer, Michael Jackson, Post Malone, and The Japanese House. With admiration for the innocence of John Hughes and the contemplation of Christopher Nolan, Jackson is on the ambitious journey of creating his four-part concept project, Coupe Cathedral. The project is his own attempt to tell the story of how the future and the past shape life, love, and our ability to feel understood.
A trilogy of EPs will set the stage for his debut album, Coupe Cathedral. With the first two installments, To Santa and Little Brothers and Before I Knew What Love Was, now out, Class Jackson’s career and storytelling continue to unfold.
