Biography

FUAT was born in BERLIN in 1972. He encountered with hip hop culture in 1988. He wrote his first rap in 1992 and recorded his first song in 1993. He started recording his first solo album "HASSİCKDİR" in 1995. At the same time period, with the support of German government he held the very first RAP WORKSHOPS with Turkish, German, Arab, Kurdish and African children. In 2001, after listening to Fuat's music in Berlin, RZA from the legendary hip hop band WU-TANG CLAN, invited him to take part in the album called "The World According to RZA". With this performance, an album including a Turkish rap was released to the whole world for the first time. With his "HASSİCKDİR" records, passing through Germany to Turkey, he brought about a fresh perspective in Turkish rap as well as new writing and rapping techniques aside from unprecedented rhymes in songs. As can be seen in the archives, along with his approach to hip hop culture and flow techniques, Fuat has been the most influential and the most inspiring MC among the rappers of his generations and later generations. Founding ROYAL BUNKER, the most significant hip hop record label of the time in Germany with his German rapper associates, he held many a concert in Europe as well as in every single city in Germany. He "came/turned back" from Berlin to Turkey in 2004. Building the concept of "the school of Fuat" along with all his works created through his career, he still continues his profession that could be qualified as a "school".
