ELADO (RAZOR-N-TAPE) At the age of 13, Elado began djing with cassette tapes at his father's parties, and he hasn't stopped since. He set the pace for the next phase of his career after 30 years of obsessive record collecting and playing every conceivable style. 2020 saw him take the scene by storm as his groundbreaking debut productions on the prestigious New York label Razor-N-Tape made him a household name amongst the top selectors. He received support from Antal, PalmsTrax, Folamour, Jacques Renault, Barbara Boeing, Milos Kaiser and others. Following the success of “ELADO EDITS VOL 1” with the bolly-acid hit "Gulab jamun”, he released a string of 8 vinyl releases on labels such as Red Motorbike, G.A.M.M, Barefoot Beats, Bonfido Disques. “ELADO EDITS VOL 2”, the remix of "Nina," and the release of the Tu-Tak remixes established him as one of the label's hottest names, and a consistent source of tunes for the scene's best DJs. Elado would become a master turntable manipulator throughout the years, including winning in the local version of the DMC DJ championship in 2002. He utilizes his musical instincts with rich DJ sets in which he fluidly weaves across a varied spectrum of sounds and genres, packed with blistering dj skills and an arsenal full of unreleased bangers from upcoming releases. Over the past two years, Elado has been traveling the world nonstop, crashing down the dance floors at countless festivals, clubs, and outdoor events.
