Establishing herself as a DJ over the past decade, it was only a matter of time she would cut into the scene as a producer. MEL’s debut track ‘Protagonist’ propelled on to UKF in 2021, which not only received backing from the likes of Andy C, A.M.C and Koven to name a few but also landed her three Drum & Bass Arena award nominations and made history, being the first ever female to break into the best track category. She smashed into 2022 with her release 'Live Wire' on Viper and made her return to UKF with her hard hitting Neurofunk number 'Telekinesis’, racking up 60k Spotify streams in a month of being released. Transmitting her passion and to the airwaves, MEL is one of the longest standing resident DJ's and hosts on Data Transmission which attracted a prime time slot on the mighty return of Kool FM. MEL represented RAM on BBC Radio 1 for their 30 year celebrations, with a high energy mix consisting of 100% RAM records releases, as well as DJing their nights at Printworks and XOYO.
