In 2016 ’Chase the Comet’ members, frontwoman Nika Comet and guitarist Alexander Mishustov booked a one way ticket from Moscow, Russia to Los Angeles, CA leaving behind a successful band in their home country to follow their dreams and ‘deliver their music to the whole world’. Their slogan is: "We don't have a genre, we create moods". Every song is a story and a genre is a tool. In the end of 2017 ‘Chase the Comet’ released their first EP 'This is MyRockBand', a compilation of earlier recorded songs and in the beginning of 2018 their full-length album 'Rush'N'Rule' came out followed by a US tour. Many of the songs for this album ‘Rush’n’Rule’ were inspired by Alex and Nika’s immigration to the USA, overcoming difficulties and challenges. The new album "Out of the Matrix" coming out at the close of 2019 marked the beginning of a new era for Chase the Comet. The video for "Young & Beautiful" was shot in a 360 format and the band keeps experimenting with both visuals and sounds.
