Born in Stockholm, Sweden, producer/composer Per Magnusson began his career at renowned Cherion Studios together with the likes of Denniz Pop and Max Martin in the 1990’s. Together with David Kreuger and Jörgen Elofsson, Magnusson co-wrote and produced hit songs and albums for Britney Spears, Westlife, Backstreet Boys, Boyzone and many others including three UK Number One-singles; “If I Let You Go”, “Fool Again” and “My Love” with Westlife and Britney Spears second and third single; “Sometimes” and “(You Drive Me) Crazy”. In the 2000’s, Magnusson continued his success co-writing and producing three more UK Number Ones; “Evergreen” (Will Young), “Anyone Of Us” (Gareth Gates) and “That’s My Goal” (Shayne Ward). Magnusson contributed production and songs for successful Pop/opera quartet Il Divo, who went on selling more than 25 million copies worldwide. Magnusson has also composed and produced songs for Leona Lewis, Josh Groban, Celine Dion, The Saturdays, Paul Potts, Katherine Jenkins and Clay Aiken among others. Lately, Magnusson has been releasing his first solo material focusing on his main instrument, the piano.
