MANUMAT sees music as a universal language. A connection and a frequency attainable between all living beings. 
Born in Colombia with roots in Spain and France, now living in Miami for almost 20 years, his mixed influence has created a journey of multicultural sounds that blends electronic beats with a trippy and organic feeling. New and old, fast and slow, always keeping you moving to that infectious beat. Through this evolution and exploration of sound, in 2015 he co-founded a boutique events company called Something Else. Aimed at creating pop-up style events with ever-changing locations and bringing fresh debuting artists from all over the world. Hand picked by both MANUMAT and Lemurian (co-founder), each artist selected for the pop-up is with the idea of creating a unique moment in time for everyone present. All the while continuing to work on his own project, MANUMAT has had the opportunity play at festivals and venues such as Burning Man (TIERRA BOMBA), Garbicz Festival, Envision Festival, iii Points Festival, Nomade and Be Tulum, Yamba in Lisboa, and cities like Berlin, London, New York, Mexico City and Oslo. MANUMAT has had the honor of sharing and playing alongside artists like: Acid Pauli, Mira, LUM, Matanza, Oceanvs Orientalis, Crussen, Sainte Vie, Bedouin, Nico Stojan, Billy Caso, Spaniol, Satori, M.Rux, Rampue, Lemurian, Thugfucker, Sabo, Eduardo Castillo, Goldcap, ElPeche, Dandara and Peter Power are some of his most memorable.
