Caligula Cesar Is a Producer/Writer/Artist Business man Born in mobile Alabama and Was Raise In New York City. Caligula has worked with many artists in the music industry, (Fred the godson, Drag-on, Teflon, Smooth the Hustler, Rahiem of grand master flash and the furious five, Just-ice, Melle Mel, R&b Divine, Treach of Naughty by Nature) and the list goes on. In 2015 caligula had 7 songs place on a A&E mini sitcom "Texas Rising, with music composer Bruce Broughton. Caligula partner up with Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Inductee Rahiem, of the Historical Group Grand Master Flash and The Furious Five, Together they started producing up and coming Rappers and R&B pop Artists in the community, bring out the best of them. Caligula also work with Actor/Rapper Jaden Smith on his self proclaimed Album. Caligula has written three screen plays and is at the last stages of his web episode Caligula. Caligula started An Entertainment Company called Exotic Genesis Entertainment in which he Produced a few artists. Caligula is now working with Mook gigantic an up and coming Rapper from the Bronx and I.M.A.G a female Rapper from Harlem and Lyric a Rapper from North Carolina. Caligula was working on A R&B album with Singer Mr. Brian Graham but unfortunately because of the death of Mr Brian Graham the Album never got Completed. ​ Caligula also started a female lingerie line named Igzotik which is pronounce exotic, which his first releases will be out in the market summer of 2018.
