PROVISIONAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR YOUR LIVE BURIAL Prep: 9-18 intensive breath-work sessions (1-2 hrs per day), supplemented by a neuro-generative or hypothalamically realigning regimen. 1. Find ground. Shaded areas preferred. 2. Familiarize yourself w/ the spirit of the space around the ground. RE: Flora, fauna, soil composition, tree root distribution, human inhabitants past and present, et al. 3. Hallow the ground. RE: Make a sacrifice. 4. Dig a hole 7’ deep, 7’ long, 5’ across at the top, 4’ across at the bottom. The lip where the pit contracts should be 6”-1’6” down into the ground. 5.1. Recommended materials: shovel, pick, bucket (to soak ground if necessary), wheelbarrow, axe, wood plane 1”+ thickness + length & width equal to the lip of the pit et al. 5. At the bottom of the pit, dig shelves into the earth for a cooler. 6. Cut PVC pipes to size. 7. Cut notches along the edge of the pit to accommodate pipes. 8. Place mirrors and blackout materials to minimize light-bleed through pipe aperture. 9. Build an altar. 10. Call a feast. 11. Fasting before and during feast (optional) 12. Wait ‘til twilight. Build a fire. 13. Prior to feast, consume 500mics LSD (optional) 14. Light torches. 15. Perform ceremony. 16. Enter the pit. RE: Circle of friends places lid, drops earth for burial. 17. Enter the underworld. 18. Recommended length of stay: 24, 48, or 72 hours. 19. Emerge at twilight. 20. Cleanse & nourish. 21. Sleep. 22. Replace earth & replant.
