OHein Duo/Trio Traditional Irish and Scandinavian folk songs and melodies. Jigs, Reels, Barn dances, Polkas, Mazurkas, & traditional ballads and songs. Band members: Pia Hein O'Driscoll - Concertina & Brian Hein O'Driscoll - Madolin, Guitar, Logjam and Vocals. Can also be booked as a trio with Thomas on Bodhrán and vocals. Pia Hein O’Driscoll is playing the Concertina and Brian Hein O’Driscoll is playing the Guitar, Mandolin and Footlog. Pia is from Fyn in Denmark and is on her way to become one of the best concertina players in Denmark. Inspired by some of the best concertina players from Ireland, Scotland and UK. Brian is half Danish half Irish and was born into a family of music. He has been playing folk music for more than 20 years and has been on stages with some of the large folk musicians like Tom Donovan, The Dublin Legends, Allan Taylor at Skagen Festival, Strib Vinterfestival and more. Together they have played some of the large folk festival in Denmark, been touring Norway, Denmark and Germany. In 2023 they have already been on the big stage at Strib Vinterfestival and they are going on at least 2 tours to Norway again
