I am Composer, Singer-songwriter, multi instrumentalist, sound engineer, producer and educator based in Cyprus, born on February 6, 1973. My music is world fusion and Cyprus idiomatic poetry set in music. I studied musicology in Greece (Athens University), focusing in music anthropology, Cyprus traditional music and world music. I formed the Cyprus world-fusion project "Kyprogeneia" and I set in music a large part of the poetry of the two national poets of Cyprus, Vassilis Michaelides and Dimitris Lipertis. I composed music for more than fourty theatre and dance productions, many times additionally participating as a performer with movement and improvisation. I experiment on a variety of plugged and percussion instruments such as guitar, greek lute, mandola, mandolin, banjo, bouzouki, oud, upright bass, djembe, drums and world percussion. My passion is using my singing to tell stories based on my music compositions. I also love videography, photography, dealing with nature, cooking and animals :)
