Reggae/Dancehall, gold-selling artist Whitcliffe Stewart, better by his stage name Sekuence, was born and raised in a small community in the second city of Jamaica, Montego Bay, St. James. He migrated at an early age and is now living in New York where he began pursuing his passion for his love of music. He was introduced officially to the industry with his premier single, “Emotions.” The song immediately grabbed the attention of people in the area, which then, created a platform for him. This led him to become prominent making a statement in the Northeast Region of the U.S and Jamaica where people quickly identified his unique voice and spit-fire lyrics. Sekuence kept releasing music aiming to reach more fans worldwide and to make a household name in the genre for himself. It wasn’t long after he recorded "BLAZZIN", an undeniable melodious, up tempo beat tune, that he got a glimpse of what stardom is. This song follows his biggest collaboration to date “Tu Pum Pum” that features international superstar "Shaggy" and Colombia's biggest Reggaeton and Urban Pop sensation Karol G. The song is a fusion of modern Dancehall and Reggaeton. Within the first week of the release, media houses worldwide (Especially South America) reached out for interviews, including “Rolling Stone Magazine”. Following the tremendous success of "Tu Pum Pum," which garnered over 65 million views on YouTube alone. One year later “Tu Pum Pum” became a successful (Certified Gold Selling) record.
