In many ways creativity is taking two disparate ideas and combining them to make a connection which did not exist before. In collaboration, an idea can move from one person to the next and move in new and interesting directions that otherwise would not have happened. This is the goal of Feel Bad Movie Club. 
 Feel Bad Movie Club is a project helmed by Cavan musician Liam McCabe. Featuring an ever evolving cast of musicians and collaborators and combining acoustic instruments combined with electronic textures and found sounds, Feel Bad Movie club creates an ever evolving landscape of song and sound. 
 The first release is a testament to this fact, a collaborative EP written and recorded with Brian Dillon (aka The Line). The piece, titled “Cavan”, is a long form piece of music divided into 4 movements with each movement exploring a different aspect of Cavan’s history, heritage or landscape. 
 “Cavan” was supported by the Cavan Arts Council.
