LU is a 21 year-old alternative R&B artist from London. After graduating from the world-renowned Brit School as a pop violinist, LU has embarked on a journey of self-discovery with her music, image, goals and beliefs.

As a BRIT school graduate LU (real name Luchana Shaw) is no stranger to the music industry having racked up more than 115,000 Soundcloud plays on her remakes of The Internet’s Special Affair, Drake’s Hold on, We’re Going Home (which was a solely violin cover) and her soulful collaborations with 28TH (producer) which has given her the perfect grounding from which she can grow. Her Debut single, ‘Bad Habits’ received much success on music blogs worldwide such as Lost Culture, Affinity Mag, TMRW MAG,  and recognised by huge music curators and national radio.  
After travelling back and forth between London & NYC, LU’s trip of self discovery continues. She returns with a new lease of life on one hand and a lust for creating genuine art on the other.
