Biography

Born and raised in the south Bronx of NYC, Lord Daze wrote his first song when he was about 12 years old. He hooked up with a few local D.j.'s. and before he could even remember the whole song he was ask to record the song. In 1997, Daze and a few friends created a group called "The Young Fugitives" . Rah-Nitty, who was Daze's cousin and also was a member of the Harlem crew N.F.L seen his progress and introduced him to a friend of his which was a rapper named Big L. Daze and Big L would sit at the park on 139st. & Lenox and discuss the music business. In 1998 Lord Daze released his first project in the streets titled "Thoughts Under My Hoody". In 2002 he put out his first official independent project "Game Tight" followed by Game Tight vol. 2 in 2004. In 2005, Lord Daze and childhood friend Blaze collaborated on a project called "The Point of No Return". The two was arrested on unrelated charges and never got there opportunity to push the project. After being released in 2010 he released a solo project titled "Results After the Pressure" (R.A.P). In that same year he launched his own publication imprint titled Scrilla Guerillaz Magazine. In 2015 Daze signed with producer Stevie J bringing his magazine brand to VH1's Love and Hip-Hop Atlanta. With being on the TV show and getting more into television and film he didn't have much time to do music, however he did release a hit single " On Fire" featuring comedian Tony Rock in 2015. Its 2022 and he plans to drop consistently.
