Born in south east London to Jamaican parents in 1970, award-winning poet and performer Patricia Foster McKenley has toured Europe with Dutch show ‘Double Talk’, appearing on the same bill as hip hop’s Dead Prez and Special Ed, and has toured Chicago with ‘Malika’s Poetry Kitchen’. Raise Your Faith, the uplifting, inspirational, Gospel Spoken Word / Soulful House collaboration, with DJ/Producer (and cousin) Dave Foster, is her latest release as a Gospel Poet artist.
