Born and raised in Detroit Michigan, H.B.R became interested in music at a young age. Primarily using rap as a hobby to stay out of trouble, he didn't begin to record songs until 2017 as half of the rap duo "Players Stackin Paper". The tandem released a mixtape tilted "The Difference" in January of the following year. With his group mate taking a break from recording, H.B.R continued forward releasing a solo E.P "Up to Somethin" in 2019. Influenced by artists of all music genres, movies and sports he has an ambiguous flow and rap style. His musical content can range from light and fun to social issues.
