DJ Heily B is the life of the party. From an early age growing up in Chicago, he knew he wanted to have the ability to bring joy to anybody he crossed paths with. A loner growing up, Heily B felt like an outcast when practicing instruments and listening to classic rock while his classmates would bump rap while engaging in sports. By middle school, he saw the command a DJ can have over any event, and aspired to become one. In high school, he soon attended a “learn to DJ” After School Matters program, and began making loops in Ableton live, ultimately leading to studying audio engineering at Columbia College Chicago to pursue his passion. Now, the up and coming DJ spins at venues around the city. Heily possesses a tight control over the crowd, and seeks to bring his bass-driven beats to a show near you for “a set you won’t forget!”
