"Brian Parrish looks back on more than half a century of music history. The composer, singer and guitarist grew up in the "skiffle" era and began his career as lead guitarist in the band of rock'n'roll legend Gene Vincent "The Londoner". He became a true original in the scene around the legendary Star Club in Hamburg. After two LPs for his project "PARRISH and GURVITZ" (P&G) with his old friend Paul Gurvitz, founded together the band "Badger", whose debut album "One Live Badger" reached great popularity and entered high in the American Billboard Charts. Brian wrote pop songs for Dave Dee, Dozy, Beaky, Mick and Tich and others. He wrote the No. 1 hit "C'est mon Imaginatio" for French star Johnny Hallyday. In 2007 his first new CD "ENDGAME" with original songs was released. Then in 2016 Brian released his next themed album "TRAVELLER". Brian continued writing, recording and playing live till today. The next project had begun to develop: "SHADOWMAN" is the title of the next collection of songs- "a reflection of the time perhaps but dark only works with a good groove" says Brian. In 2020 came the Corona crisis and lockdown, but Brian continued to record, ranging in style from Latin grooves to jazz and rhythm n blues rock. "My motto should be, 'The best is yet to come’,'" Brian says."
