At the crossroads of trance & techno, the Glasgow born and Berlin based DJ & producer I.E has always been seeking to deviate expectation by opening doors between the heaviest sides of these genres. Co-owner and label manager of the renowned Ismus project and resident of the Sweden based Streck collective, he has been making a name for himself in the scene through his multiple projects for some time now. An experience that led him to a broad and varied vision of the electronic landscape, which inevitably contributed to making his sound as tripped-out and cleverly balanced that it is today. Leaning towards retro-influenced hybrid trance drivers as well as more dancefloor-impact focused styles such as schranz or even gabber, it’s quite simply a mind-surfing experience between emotional sounds and high energy beats that he’s offering through his music.
